Common questions
How do credits work?
Each tool shows how many credits it uses, usually one per file. Credits are only used when your file is made; if something fails, nothing is taken. Buy credit packs by UPI, and every purchase gets a GST invoice.
Is it free to try?
Yes. New accounts get free credits, so you can try the tools before you buy.
What happens to my customers' documents?
Only your account can download your files, and only until 11:59 PM the same day. Files are deleted from our server 48 hours after they are made. Read the full Toolssys privacy policy.
I am a TNeCOA member. Is there anything different for me?
Yes. Sign in to Toolssys from your TNeCOA dashboard and you get member credits and member prices, without a separate WhatsApp code.
